Overview
With 21 years of coaching experience, Zsofia works with executives in complex, global, multinational organizations spanning FMCG, IT, telecom, technology, professional services, logistics, media, biotech/pharma, resources, NGO’s and banking. She draws on her international leadership experience, strong background in leadership development, and 5000+ hours of leadership coaching to support her clients’ journey to be the best they can be in both work and life. Zsofia worked in HR management roles in the pharma, media and IT industries, as well as in the start-up and professional services industries.
Zsofia committed and passionate about volunteer leadership and she understands the complexities senior leaders and managers face in balancing short- and long-term outcomes, and work with them to unlock their potential while staying true to who they are. She builds trust quickly and she partners with her clients, challenging them to explore how their habits, assumptions, and beliefs impact both themselves and others. Zsofia invites her clients to experiment with more helpful strategies, expand on those that work for them, and embed these into their daily lives. Ultimately, her clients are empowered to flourish and grow. Zsofia have lived in five countries on four continents (currently in Australia), she is working and connecting globally.
